Once again it is political season in Falls Church, and as predictably as sunrise and sunset, politics drives some dishonest dimwits to steal candidates’ campaign signs from our yards. This week signs for Mark Kaye and Alison Kutchma were stolen from my yard. I note that the campaign signs for Duncan, Hardi, Tartar , Gill and others remain in place on my street. Without accusing any candidate of complicity in the theft, I urge all candidates to instruct their followers not to engage in this regrettable (and criminal) tradition. It dishonors the candidates the thieves intend to support.
