George Mason High School’s history teacher Tammy Chincheck has been featured in the September/October issue of Arlington magazine. In an article focusing on local educators and why they do what they do, Chincheck, a George Mason High School treasure is profiled.
However she is not the only George Mason High School teacher featured in this fall issue. Mason High School art teacher Marc Robarge can be seen standing in Howard E. Herman Park next to a public art project sponsored by The Falls Church Arts, entitled Fungus Among Us. According to that article he enlisted the help of first graders from Mount Daniel Elementary School to complete the project. The exhibit runs through October.
Congratulations to Ms Chincheck and Mr Robarge. It is nice to see our teachers recognized for the work they do.
